AC Milan - AS Roma - 06/01/2022
Source : https://sempremilan.com/
A Roma fan who threw firecrackers into the AC Milan section during last night’s game at San Siro has been arrested and slapped with a stadium ban, it is claimed.
The clip seen at the bottom of the article shows the aftermath of the incident which forced some fans to leave that section, and il Corriere della Sera (via MilanLive) reports that the Roma fan was identified and arrested. A 22-year-old supporter was the culprit and he already had numerous police records behind him, as well as an oral notice from the Rome Police Commissioner.
The charge of aggravated damage was put on the fan, who now has a five-year Daspo (stadium ban) for football events in Europe as well as for access to Trigoria.

Police investigate alleged racist abuse of Ashley Cole at Swindon FA Cup tie
Police are investigating allegations that racist abuse was directed at former England defender Ashley Cole at Swindon’s FA Cup clash with Manchester City on Friday night.
Swindon have apologised to Cole, who was pitchside as part of ITV’s presentation team for Town’s 4-1 third-round defeat at the County Ground.
Supt Phil Staynings from Wiltshire Police said in a statement: “We are aware that one person was subject to racial abuse at the County Ground following the Swindon Town v Manchester City game last night.
“We have already commenced an investigation, obtaining statements and securing CCTV. Further enquiries in relation to this incident are ongoing.
“Behaviour of this nature is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54220002136.”
Swindon issued a statement condemning the actions after revealing they received reports of racial abuse towards Cole.
Owner Clem Morfuni said in the statement: “We are absolutely saddened and deeply disgusted by this and we cannot stress strongly enough that racial abuse of any kind will not be tolerated by Swindon Town Football Club.
“Racism has no place in the world and it is incredibly heart-breaking that this still has a place in our game.
“We are currently working with Wiltshire Police on gathering evidence but those responsible will be punished accordingly.
“On behalf of everyone at Swindon Town Football Club, we send out our heartfelt apologies to Ashley Cole and it is with our deepest regret that you had to experience that last night.
“Those few individuals do not represent Swindon Town and will not be welcome at The County Ground.”

France : Racism during Toulouse-Rodez: a suspended withdrawal point for the TFC - 12/01/2022
Source : L'Equipe
After the racist insults uttered by Toulouse supporters during the Toulouse-Rodez derby in L2, a month ago, the LFP disciplinary committee withdrew a suspended point from Téfécé.
Monday, December 13, during the Occitan Ligue 2 derby between Toulouse and Rodez (1-1) at the Stadium, Ruthenian goalkeeper Lionel Mpasi was the victim of racist insults from Toulouse supporters. A month later, after placing the case under investigation, the LFP disciplinary committee decided to impose a suspended one-point withdrawal on Téfécé.
New racist abuse in Bastia?
In addition, more recently, new alleged racist abuse was noted during Bastia-Quevilly (3-0), last weekend, from Bastia fans. "In view of the seriousness of the facts", the case is also under investigation, with possible sanctions expected on January 26.

AZ supporter wrongly banned from stadium after "storming": "Arrested like a mafioso" - 01/11/2022
Source: https://www.nhnieuws.nl/
An 18-year-old AZ fan was wrongly given an area and stadium ban and a three-month clocking requirement from the court after the incidents at the stadium during the AZ-NEC. A total of six "thugs" between the ages of 18 and 34 were arrested for public assault. Three appealed and one was right today. "My son has never been to the stadium. This is tough behavior by the police and the justice system."
That's what Father Mark tells NH Nieuws. It is the evening of November 20: dozens of hooligans illegally broke into the stadium along the A9. They enter the field and target, among other things, the stewards with fireworks. The police, justice, the municipality of Alkmaar and AZ take security measures and open a major investigation.
Apparently Mark's son comes forward, because on a late Monday evening in December, the police are at his and his parents' doorstep. Mark's father: "Around midnight the doorbell rang. Cas (covered name) had to get dressed immediately and was handcuffed by two officers and taken away like he was a mobster. Not bad for a boy from 18 years old."
Cafe camera footage
Cas (a fictitious name) is this Saturday afternoon before the game in a café in Alkmaar where AZ fans gather more often and drink beer: he is seen in the camera footage. According to Justice, plans are underway at this pub to enter the stadium during the Eredivisie match against NEC that evening, where no fans are allowed due to corona measures.
At the seventeenth minute of the match, cries are heard in the stadium. Dozens of men in balaclavas, masks and dark clothing broke through the fences, as seen in the footage. Some step provocatively onto the pitch and fireworks are used.
A few weeks later, at the police station, Cas' phone is confiscated and after a long night in jail, he has to explain himself that night.
"Yes, I was in that pub and yes, I went to the stadium afterwards. But I had no intention of rioting. I didn't go in there either, I walked twenty meters behind that group", tells the teenager to the police, tell his father and his lawyer. At that time, five other AZ supporters were arrested.
Despite what Cas says, according to justice, he is indeed guilty of open violence. Due to the prospect of legal action, the officer imposed a so-called behavioral directive: a zone ban in and around the AZ stadium and an obligation to score and during home and away games.
"Due to the seriousness of his behavior and the fear of repetition," the prosecution told NH Nieuws. A press release will be issued via the police on December 22: six people from Alkmaar, including 18-year-old Cas, will be prosecuted for the stadium storm. Totally unjustified, believes the teenager's lawyer Joost Kleiman against NH Nieuws.
According to his version, the Crown says he recognizes the teenager from pub camera footage in other videos from inside the stadium. In the police file, he would appear in three photos. "But the men in the photos are wearing a completely different color of pants and a different jacket. That's absolutely not Cas," Kleiman said.
Today, with Cas and Mark, he appealed the driving order and the council chamber has just ruled in favor of Cas: unjustified.
"The judge also thought it was all too vague," says Father Mark. Cas, 18, remains a suspect in the case, but it is not yet clear when he and the five other Alkmaarders will have to answer in court. "Although my son was not allowed to be in that stadium that night, as a father you think: what are you looking for there? But he reasons differently."
Mark thinks the way the police and justice have treated his son is "disproportionate". "He only got his phone back after four days. I think it's an invasion of privacy. He was underage last week."
The appeal of the other two sympathizers was declared unfounded by the council chamber.
