Jura Sud-Saint Etienne was interrupted by the launch of flares
The game of the round of 32 of the French Cup between Jura Sud, in the fourth division, and Saint Etienne has been interrupted by the firing of flares by visiting fans.
The clash, which takes place at the stadium du Bram de Louhans, in Jura Sud, was stopped by referee Bastien Dechepy after three minutes.
A intense smoke invaded the field of play and one of the firecrackers thrown by the fans of the ‘green’, in the south background, fell one meter from the local goal, the Togolese Cedric Mensah, who he was stunned and he had to be treated by the medical services of his team.
Before the first minute of the game, firecrackers and fireworks were launched from the stands. Later, the situation worsened and the flares multiplied. The referee decided to send both teams to the changing rooms and the clash was interrupted.

8 Paris-based fans receive stadium bans after Coupe de France violence - 04/01/2022
Source : https://www.thescore.com/
Eight Parisian football supporters have received stadium bans after hooliganism forced last month's French Cup last 64 match between Paris FC and Lyon to be called off, police in the capital told AFP on Tuesday.
The bans relate to matches of clubs in or surrounding the French capital including Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain, second-division Paris FC, Creteil Lusitanos, Red Star and PSG Handball, police said.
"Some are banned from matches for all these clubs, others only for a few," the police source added.
Paris FC and Lyon were both thrown out of the French Cup after violence forced their December 17 tie to be called off at half-time.
The teams were all square at 1-1 in Paris when smoke bombs and flares were thrown back and forth in the stands and fighting broke out forcing supporters to spill onto the pitch to escape.
Two people, a supporter and a policeman, were injured.
Although no arrests were made at the time, three fans from Paris were later arrested and two have been charged.

Oldham Athletic supporters clash with stewards after invading the pitch during humiliating 6-0 loss to Wigan at Boundary Park - as pleas for owner Abdullah Lemsagam to leave the club continue after Dubai businessman BANNED fans for protesting
Crisis club Oldham Athletic descended into more chaos on Tuesday night after a fans clashed with stewards during their humiliating defeat by Wigan in their EFL Trophy third-round clash.
Latics fans are desperate for their hugely unpopular owner, Abdallah Lemsagam, to leave the club and made their feelings known once more during tense scenes at Boundary Park.
The club's game against Wigan was interrupted as a number of supporters entered the pitch and stewards were outnumbered as they sought to clear the field for play to continue.

One steward was seen roughly forcing a supporter over an advertising hoarding. A clip of the incident was posted on Twitter with the caption: 'security literally battering kids now this club is a mess #oafc.'
Unsympathetic Wigan fans were heard chanting to the young supporters: 'You've got school in the morning.'
The game resumed and the hosts were comfortably beaten 6-0 by their League 1 opposition in yet another humiliating result under the stewardship of the Dubai-based owner.

Two hours before kick-off, Beer Shevah supporters have attacked local rivals and a massive brawl followed. Police intervened to separate both sides and clashes continued, opposing Maccabi ultras to police forces.
A total of 10 people were arrested: 6 on Maccabi side and 4 on Hapoel.

Following Swindon - Bradford, arrests - 09/01/2022
Source : https://www.thisiswiltshire.co.uk/
EVERYBODY agrees that hooliganism and football-related violence is pathetic and needs eradicating from the game.
(Usually) grown men fighting over a game where 22 people kick a bag of air round a pitch for 90 minutes, it's pretty tragic.
And while the worst days of football hooliganism are well behind us, pockets still exist, and it reared its ugly head again earlier this season at Swindon Town's match against Braford City.
Earlier this week, Wiltshire Police announced ten people had been arrested over violent disorder after the match on October 23 at the County Ground, which the Bantams won 3-1, which saw missiles thrown at coaches transporting Bradford's away support home after the game.
Now, footage has emerged of some of the alleged disorder, comically showing three males who appear to be in their teens or baby-faced young men chasing after the bus.
One diminutive male, in jeans, Adidas trainers, a black coat with his hood up and wearing a face covering is seen throwing an object at a bus before holding his fingers up.
In the footage, taken by a Bantams supporter who uses the pseudonym Braysoj1, the City fans can be heard laughing and jeering the three males for their pathetic behaviour.
Two of the males give up their pointless, cringeworthy chase of the buses, but one wearing a grey hoodie, continues the chase, bizarrely seeming to square up to the bus as if offering a fight to the supporters laughing at his embarrassing attempts to be a hardman, before giving up his chase.
One fan on the bus can be heard to say: "They're not very happy these Swindon fans!"
When the video was uploaded to YouTube, one viewer, Yorkshire Dreamer, responded simply: "Embarrassing".
Steve Gorringe, a City fan who has barely missed a game for the past 28 years, called their behaviour "comical" and said it was "just young lads flexing their muscles and pretending to be hooligans", but acknowledged their actions could have had devastating consequences.
