54 arrested before Benfica-Dynamo Kiev game
The PSP police detained 54 fans and 12 were taken to hospital following clashes before the Champions League game between Benfica and Ukraine's Dynamo Kiev, which was played in Lisbon.
A source from the Public Security Police (PSP) told Lusa that clashes occurred between the two teams' supporters before the start of the game, which forced the police to intervene.
"The PSP needed to intervene in the clashes and it was necessary to shoot into the air, as we were greeted with the throwing of stones, bottles and torches", they explained.

The fans were preparing a set on the highway. They were waiting for Spartak Moscow. The police intervened
In the Zgierz district, the policemen tracked down a group of over one hundred hooligans. The fans gathered in the area of the motorway, where most likely they were waiting for the fans returning from the match in Warsaw. The officers thus prevented the planned confrontation.
Rides of feuding groups of football hooligans always generate a threat related to the desire to confront the so-called militias. Police officers monitor this environment on an ongoing basis and supervise the route of potential movement.
The Łódź Province, located in the center of Poland, accumulates the largest number of such journeys, often unrelated to matches in our area. This was also the case on December 9, 2021, when Legia’s match against Spartak Moscow was played in Warsaw.
Due to certain signals provided by police officers dealing with the crime of hooligans from other provinces, at around 9.00 p.m. increased forces from the Zgierz district, supported by the Prevention Department of the Police from Łódź and officers from Łęczyca, were sent to the motorway area in Zgierz.
Police officers on technical roads near the Emilia junction tracked 37 cars and 138 men. In one of the vehicles, uniformed officers found and secured, among others a machete and a hammer. After the inspections, fans received 27 fines in the total amount of over PLN 12,000. The police sent 1 motion for punishment to the court.
Eventually, the certified fans had to go away without reaching the goal of the congress. No confrontation took place and no one was injured.

Seven people were arrested after a fight between hooligans. A few dozen Ghent hooligans made people talk about them by throwing smoke bombs inside the stadium. A fight also broke out under the main stand. The police had to intervene and an officer was slightly injured.
“Yesterday our police faced an unexpected escalation in violence. It turned out that around 30 hard-core Ghent fans were present to take on the Lokeren fans, this resulted in a massive brawl. in no time at all, ”said Police Chief Dirk De Paepe. "Fortunately, our police were able to count on numerous reinforcements and intervened so that the situation was brought under control very quickly."
The Lokeren-Temse club has meanwhile announced that it will file a complaint following damage to a refreshment bar, club spokesman Herman Van De Putte said. "We strongly condemn this fan violence and will cooperate fully with the police investigation into these events."

The "Lokeren" banner was hung in the Waregem section during the 20th November game Waregem-Gent, so we contacted Waregem for an off outside the stadium. The answer was "not today". As the ATCS (Authentiks Lokeren) continued to slip past, we decided to act on our own and went to their area in this cup match with around 35 people to see what they were really worth. After the pyro action, they realized it was Ghent. There were a few provocations but that was it. Until we moved to the canteen as a group, then a group from West Side Lokeren and a few of the ATCS entered our stands after which there was an unarmed confrontation. Respect to those who have made it. The vast majority of ATCS stayed in their stand to provoke something from there. No injuries on our side. Lokeren side, a few. Then the police came in force, so we tried to run away, that was the only reason they ran away. Some arrests on our side. Respect for who was there.

Ipswich Fans Captured Throwing Objects And Pushing Players As They Confronted John McGreal’s Men
Shocking scenes emerged from Valley stadium as Ipswich Town supporters took it upon themselves to confront John McGreal’s men after their dismal performance against Charlton.
Ipswich had hoped to close the gap in the top six by claiming three points against the Addicks on Tuesday night. Instead, they suffered a 2-0 loss and let Charlton come within a point of them.
Blues’ 3,159 traveling supporters were frustrated with their side’s performance…especially considering they’ve only won two of their last 10 games. Therefore, they made sure that their feelings were known.
Shocking scenes have surfaced at Valley stadium as Ipswich Town supporters took it upon themselves to confront John McGreal’s men after their dire loss
John McGreal – who took over as interim manager after Paul Cook’s resignation – said he sent his players to thank fans after the game.
The supporters were unimpressed, however, as Ipswich failed to fire a single shot at goal during the match, enabling Jayden Stockley and Alex Gilbey to score for Charlton.
As a result, the fans on the other side of the stadium threw objects at the players and shouted swear words before the stewards arrived to take control.
The fans heard the following song sing: ‘You’re not fit to wear our football shirt’.
Several players tried to reason with the fans, but that only encouraged them more to jump down to confront them.
One of those involved in the incident was Toto Nsiala. He was seen trying to talk to the angry fans before being led away by Christian Walton.
Walton, acting as a peacemaker, was then pushed by a trailer, prompting police action.
Speaking about the incident after the game, McGreal said: “I don’t know what happened. I sent the boys, as I always do with the fans, because they pay their money. I sent the guys to clap the fans and that’s all I know so far.
“It’s two weeks before Christmas, they’re putting their hands in their pockets and they’re coming in by the thousands for every away game.”
McGreal admitted, however, that the players “need to be better for the fans” after their defeat to Charlton.

Belgium : Beerschot files complaint with committee P against police action - 09/12/2021
Source: https://www.voetbalkrant.com/
Beerschot is going to file a complaint with Comité P, the external supervisory body for the police, against the actions of the security forces in the derby against Antwerp. The club speaks of “worrying” police brutality.
After a Beerschot fan had walked onto the field halfway through the second half to throw a flare into the Antwerp section, the city derby between Beerschot and Antwerp derailed immediately after the whistle. Frustrated Beerschot fans stormed onto the field and the police intervened en masse. Blows were dealt before order was restored.
Beerschot is now defending itself against the actions of the police. “From the club, we wish to return to the derby on Sunday, December 5, 2021,” Beerschot said in a statement on the club’s website. “We have thoroughly analyzed everything in this regard and carefully considered steps have been taken that send a clear signal. Any form of aggression towards the visiting supporters was also strongly condemned. All images were requested and there was a meeting with the various supporter bodies to discuss everything thoroughly.”
“The images that have arrived, as well as the various testimonials that we have received in recent days are worrying. Many people have reported to us that they were distressed not only by the individual action of the rocket launcher, but also by the police brutality that took place afterwards.”

We offered two variants - the day before match 20x20 or on the day of the match, when we will in 50x50, provided that the place must be in Denmark and not in the proposed Malmö. The Danes then approached and called in on the day before match around 17:00. The next day, a representative of CPH came to the pub, where two variants were resolved, either a fight on the way to the stadium or at rest after the match. Of course, we like the variant after the match more, so we agreed.

Football fans 'sent back to Chesterfield' after ugly scenes at Grimsby station
A disturbance man claims some Chesterfield fans were refused entry into Grimsby Town Railway Station by the British Transport Police.
The incident took place on Saturday December 11 at around 12pm.
It was prior to Grimsby Town's home match with Chesterfield, which kicked off at 3pm on Saturday afternoon.
Fans were eager to get to the game after making the 80 mile journey from Derbyshire to North East Lincolnshire.
A video on social media has gone viral which shows over 20 police officers blocking Chesterfield fans from gaining access to exit the station.
Tryone Fuller, 43, claims the Chesterfield fans at the station were sent back on a train back to Derbyshire - even though they'd paid tickets to attend the game.
He said: "We got off the train and before we knew it, there was a strip of police officers blocking anyone from passing. There was police dogs there too.
"All we wanted to do was pass to watch our football club. The officers said we couldn't pass and they refused to tell us why.
"We were only trying to trying to watch our football team at the end of the day."
Tryone feels that not all fans should be painted with the same brush.
He told Grimsby Live: "We travel all over the country to watch our team. I've supported Chesterfield for 30 plus years and I've never not been allowed to leave a train station.
"Just because we wear masks and wear hoodies, does that make us criminals?
"I'd paid good money to watch my team play today. What hurts most is being denied that opportunity because I absolutely love Chesterfield."
