The football match between NAC Breda and Willem II was stopped on Friday evening after beer cups were thrown on the field of the Rat Verlegh stadium for the second time. Referee Jeroen Manschot sent the players to the dressing rooms for the first time after about 70 minutes, after firecrackers were thrown onto the playing field from the stands.

Several serious incidents in the last minutes. Two fans invaded the pitch.



The first, in the 89th minute, approached the Toulouse bench and physically attacked the TFC assistant coach. He was quickly arrested by stewards. A few minutes later, the match had to be interrupted twice. A fan, wearing the Moroccan shirt, took the Toulouse player Zakaria Aboukhlal in his arms. One more time, stewards had to intervene. The two men were arrested and taken into custody at the Montpellier police station.
