Stuttgart supporters pulled the emergency brake on their special train, then descended onto the tracks, to battle with the Frankfurt supporters. As a result, train traffic had to be restricted for about an hour. However, the federal police were able to quickly bring the situation under control and temporarily arrested all passengers on the special train. After the checks were completed just after midnight, the train was able to continue its journey.

Source : mail
AEK view:
200 AEK hooligans from Athens and other areas went to Arta city for the final four of women volley against PAOK and Panathinaikos. Panathinaikos, despite the fact that they have a club in th city of Arta didn't show up. We were from the early morning hours without police, ready to fight. We went outside their club but they were absent. PAOK was also absent from the city, as they were a few months ago at another final four against us near Thessaloniki. As the day passed, police gathered and after all made us leave the city.

RSC Charleroi - OH Leuven - 10/03/2023

Charleroi - OHL interrupted after throwing projectiles at a player
The opening match of the 29th day of the Belgian football championship between Charleroi and Oud-Heverlee Louvain was interrupted for several minutes after Leuven goalkeeper Valentin Cojocaru was hit by a projectile.
Valentin Cojocaru was hit by a lighter thrown from the stands at the end of the game, when the Zèbres were trailing 0-1. Referee Bram Van Driessche then sent the 22 players back to the locker room in the 79th minute. The players only returned to the field after several minutes of interruption.
These facts occur the day the Carolingian club went before the Disciplinary Council for Professional Football (CDFP) in the case of the match stopped against Mechelen.
On November 12, the match between Charleroi and Mechelen of the 17th day of the Jupiler Pro League was definitively abandoned in the 67th minute after supporters of the home team threw pyrotechnic devices on the pitch for the third time. The match had already been stopped twice in the first half. Charleroi led 1-0 at the third interruption.

Northern-Ireland: Six Arrested For Public Order Offences At Windsor Park - 13/03/2023
Source : https://www.4ni.co.uk/
Six people were arrested for public order-related offences during a Linfield and Coleraine football match in Belfast.
Police have said that while the match at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park passed off largely peacefully, there were a small number of individuals who ignored police advice and appeals for common sense before the game.
A number of opposing football fans were involved in a public order disturbance shortly before kick-off in the Donegal Road and Tate's Avenue Bridge areas. Following this, a 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public order-related offences.
Meanwhile, there were separate reports of two men sustaining injury in an assault outside the stadium.
Superintendent Christian Bradley said: "Our officers were in place to deal swiftly and effectively with any trouble makers. The majority of the issues were outside the venue, however, a number of flares/smoke bombs were set off inside the stadium which we are investigating.
"A total of six arrests were made for public order-related offences and, where applicable, we will be seeking football banning orders. As part of our follow-up, we will also be reviewing any available CCTV.
"We recognise that the vast majority of fans are there to enjoy the match, however, we will not tolerate disruption, disorder or criminal behaviour of any kind.
"As always we will continue to work with our local football clubs and the League to address any criminal or sectarian activity linked to people attending matches and ensure that supporters are kept safe."
