Police Scotland make six arrests at Old Firm match

Police Scotland made six arrests during the Old Firm match, including three for sectarian breach of the peace.

A force spokeswoman said a supporter was also stopped by officers for trying to get into Celtic Park under the influence of alcohol.

The remaining offenders were taken into custody for resisting arrest and being drunk and incapable.

HORRIFIC ‘mass brawl’ as three STABBED in Celtic vs Rangers Glasgow RIOT

VIOLENT scenes sprawled across Glasgow city centre with three fans being reportedly stabbed after Celtic beat arch rivals Rangers 2-1.

The incident saw three men taken to hospital following the Old Firm derby after a highly charged encounter at Celtic Park. Police officers taped off Albion Street in the Merchant City area following an incident at around 5pm on Sunday. A spokesman for Police Scotland said: "Three men have been taken to hospital for treatment.”

An eyewitness reported seeing a "horrific mass brawl" involving 15 or more football supporters close to Blackfriars Street which is said to have spilled onto Albion Street.

According to the Scottish Daily record another witness reported that a young Celtic fan was “in a bad way” after being stabbed.

One eyewitness said: "Three stabbed from what I heard.

“Saw one stabbed in shoulder and cut on forehead.”

"The whole thing apparently started when Rangers fans went into Strathduie Bar and stabbed people in the back.

"Celtic fans went out to chase them and fight and there was more stabbings."

Another witness said: "Albion St next to Italian kitchen was where the guy was with a stab wound to the neck.

"Then on Blackfriars St there was two others who were stabbed in the back.

"Looks like Celtic and Rangers fans met where Albion Street and Blackfriars Street meet."

A passerby told the Daily Record: "It looked like utter chaos.

"I have never seen so many police in my life.

"We came into town for a drink in the evening thinking the football crowds would be long gone but it looks like the trouble is just starting."

On their way back hom from a game played in Eemdijk, a bus full with Quick Boys supporters have troubles with rival supporters from VV Katwijk.
One man was wounded during the fight.
Police forces have stopped the bus to control fans.

They were sent back home.

Before the game, in Rostock, police forces have stopped three vans and 6 cars for a total of 67 Dynamo Dresden supporters.
Balaclavas, firecrackers, combat gloves and knives were seized.
They were sent back to Dresden.

Wounded at his head he was transfered to the Santiago hospital.

After the game, Dortmund supporters have attacked Wolfsbrg ones who left the stadium.

During their intervention, police forces have injured on 10-year-old boy who was in the stairs.
Seriously wounded he was transfered to the hospital.

One policeman was also slightly injured and transfered to the hospital.
Eight people were arrested.

Everything started under TV broadcast, last 2nd March during the derby game, opposing Lazio to Roma, with punches exchanged at the end of the game, in the south stand.

Saturday night, violences re started, opposing two AS Roma mobs, Fedayn and Roma, who have clashed in a pub of Villa della Primavera, in Centocelle.

A fight started and then escalated to a real guerilla in the streets.
About fifty supporters have confront, armed with batons, belts and helmets.

Bern police forces needed to intervene to separate both groups, using pepper sprays as they were pelted with cans.
