A financial penalty of a £3,000 fine has also been delivered in the latest NIFL Notice of Complaints.
The Blues must face two post-split Windsor Park fixtures with a full stadium ban imposed on home supporters, with a suspension on Linfield fans in the West Stand for the earlier game against Newry City.
Linfield have the right to challenge the two-game full stadium ban with the Irish FA Disciplinary Committee.
The West Stand punishment for Newry’s visit on Saturday, March 16 is a suspended sentence – now triggered – dating back to the Boxing Day derby against Glentoran. It comes into effect post-March 4.
An additional three-match stadium ban for home fans has been suspended until December 31, 2024 but “may be implemented with immediate effect if another incident of spectator misconduct occurs”.
The bans and fine were imposed on Linfield following spectator misconduct in the 3-0 league defeat at Coleraine on February 16. Flares were let off from within the away end on February 16, with smoke from pyrotechnics resulting in a delay to kick-off in the second half of the Sports Direct Premiership meeting.

According to the Madrid club, the team bus had to change route while one of its supporters was injured and taken to hospital.
The club said it would not be making tickets available for visiting fans at the scheduled Liga match in April in Madrid.

Tense scenes as police corral football fans after West Yorkshire derby
One of the main streets in Huddersfield town centre was blocked for around half an hour as police corralled a group of Huddersfield Town fans in a location between the bus station and train station.
Police horses and dozens of officers kept the group surrounded, ensuring they couldn't get to any Leeds fans.
As the tense scenes unfolded, police officers could be seen running through the town centre as sirens rang out.
It meant that Westgate was effectively closed to traffic until police decided how to disperse the sizeable crowd safely.
Near the Post Office building in the town centre, police had detained a man, who was in handcuffs.
The chaotic scenes on Westgate meant a queue of buses developed, with traffic at a standstill. Rail replacement buses, in action due to the closure of the railway station, were among those forced to wait.

After Darmstadt's very heavy 6-0 home defeat, the players were verbally "shaken" by the capo of the local fans: "You are not worthy of wearing this jersey".
Fights also took place in the stands between Darmstadt fans.

Eight buses of Marseille supporters were targeted during the night from Saturday to Sunday by "heavy projectiles" and stopped in the middle of the A47 motorway where some of their passengers injured a motorist, announced the Loire prefecture.
These "serious incidents" took place around 1:30 a.m. near Saint-Etienne, while the eight buses were returning to Marseille after OM's victory over Clermont (5-1), specifies the prefecture in a press release.
“Heavy projectiles” were “likely” thrown at the vehicles from a bridge overlooking the highway, she adds. “Marseille supporters then got out of the buses and damaged a vehicle, injuring its driver, before leaving.”
This motorist was injured in the face and transported by firefighters to the Saint-Etienne University Hospital, said police sources, who reported that a "large number" of supporters had gotten off the buses, some armed with baseball bats.
When they arrived, the police found pieces of rubble, mortars and broken windows, but the coaches had left. The police caught up with them further away, carried out identity checks but did not make any arrests at this stage, according to another police source.
