Panachaiki - Olympiakos - Greek Cup - 01/11/2018
Source : http://www.agonasport.com/
Following fan chaos during the Greek Cup match against Panachaiki in Patras, Olympiacos are facing damaging sanctions, however possible punishments won’t affect the Super League.
After 51 minutes of the Greek Cup match against Panachaiki at the the Pampeloponnisiako Stadium, proceedings were brought to a halt by the referee, as riot police used tear gas against Olympiacos fans. The game was stopped for around 15 minutes until the majority of supporters inside the arena had left.
According to various reports in the Greek media, the chaos began with a Panathinaikos fan being spotted in the Olympiacos section, with the police then stepping in as arguments among supporters started. Similar to scenes witnessed at the Olympic Stadium in a Super League match between AEK and Olympiacos, firecrackers were then hurled, and the authorities responded with the use of tear gas. The match resumed when the stadium had largely emptied out and Olympiacos won 2:0.

Germany : Hertha bans flags, banners after fan violence with police - 01/11/2018
Source : http://www.agonasport.com/
Hertha Berlin announced on a ban on flags and banners for home games following fan trouble at its previous Bundesliga game in Dortmund.
The club says the measure "applies to both home and away fans" carrying banners into Berlin's Olympiastadion and "this ban applies immediately and until further notice."
Hertha says there will be increased security measures to ensure the ban is enforced and it asks supporters attending the game against Leipzig on Saturday to arrive early.
The move comes after a number of Hertha fans fought police at the beginning of their team's 2-2 draw against Borussia Dortmund on Oct. 27.
Media reports suggested around 100 fans were involved. The violence broke out after police tried to remove a huge banner commemorating 15 years of a group of Hertha ultras. Masked fans set off flares behind the banner.
Police said 45 people were injured — 35 of them from the use of pepper spray and 10 from violence. Some people were taken to a hospital for treatment and "all injured police officers remained fit for duty."
The German soccer federation said Monday it was launching a probe into the disturbances.
Hertha general manager Michael Preetz criticized the Dortmund police for their "excessive" intervention.

Holland : Police officers possibly involved in riots around NAC-Willem II - 02/11/2018
Source : http://www.sportnews.to/
Two employees of the Zeeland-West Brabant police may have been involved in riots in their spare time after the football match NAC Breda-Willem II on 21 October. They were among the raving supporters. Both men have reported to their supervisor.
It is now being investigated whether they have committed criminal offenses. In which department the employees work and whether they are, for example, agents, the police do not want to say in the interest of the investigation. The employees have not been arrested and are currently not suspected of a criminal offense.
Violence against agents
On the Sunday in question, Willem II played against NAC in Breda. After the game, supporters of both clubs sought the confrontation with each other. The police put the mobile unit and police on horseback to keep the groups apart.
The explosive violence then turned against the police. Two agents were slightly injured. They were beaten with chains and belts. Agents were also pulled from their horses. Five supporters were immediately arrested. They were banned from the mayor of Breda for all home games of NAC.
Meanwhile, a large investigation investigation is in progress towards the rioters.

Source : https://www.football-italia.net/
Olympique Marseille fans are banned from buying tickets for the Europa League match against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on November 8.
The Ligue 1 side’s supporters have been repeatedly involved in ugly scenes, culminating in brawls, attacks on groups of fans, the police and rocks thrown at the Lazio team bus.
A statement on the Lazio site confirmed sale of tickets for the Stadio Olimpico match are banned to residents in France, while on-line and call centre sales are also blocked to prevent anyone getting around the rules.

Rayo Vallecano - FC Barcelona - 03/11/2018
Source : http://kwese.espn.com/
Barcelona condemn fan violence before Rayo Vallecano match
Barcelona have condemned incidents which saw supporters of the La Liga leaders clash with Rayo Vallecano fans before Saturday's league match between the two sides.
Fighting broke out in Vallecas, a district of Madrid, in the build-up to Saturday's game between the clubs' renowned ultra groups -- Barca's Boixos Nois and Rayo's Bukaneros.
According to multiple local media reports, three supporters obtained minor injuries and have since been taken hospital.
Another report says around 80 Barca followers, all members of the Boixos Nois, have been sent back to the Catalan city and will not be present for the game at the Estadio de Vallecas.
Local police were unable to confirm the exact details to ESPN FC, but they did confirm they were dealing with two incidents which had occurred on Calle Payaso Fofo and Calle Sierra de Oncala.
Barca were also unable to offer more information on the clashes but have released a statement lamenting any form of violence in sport.
"Barcelona regret and condemn the events which took place this afternoon between Rayo Vallecano and Barca fans in Madrid," the club said.
"We reaffirm our commitment to fighting against any form of violence in the world of sport.
"We make ourselves available once again to the police, security forces and agents involved to help bring an end to those collectives that practice violence in a systematic manner."
It's the second time in the last week that the Boixos Nois have been involved in an altercation.
Before last Sunday's Clasico win over Real Madrid, around 250 members of the supporters' group clashed with police outside of Camp Nou.
They're formally banned from Barcelona's home matches but many still find their way into the stadium and regularly travel for away games.

Xherdan Shaqiri left OUT by Liverpool for Champions League trip to Red Star Belgrade after enraging Serbians with double-eagle celebration at the World Cup
Jurgen Klopp has left Xherdan Shaqiri on Merseyside rather than subject the midfielder to a barrage of hostility in Belgrade.
The Swiss midfielder enraged Serbians during the World Cup for what they regarded as an inflammatory celebration following a goal during a game between the two sides, while he also wore boots adorned with the Kosovo flag.
It would, inevitably, have made him a target during Liverpool's Champions League clash with Red Star Belgrade.
Shaqiri's every touch was booed by Red Star supporters during the first meeting between the sides at Anfield two weeks ago and the hostility would be ramped up even further towards a player who was born in the former Yugoslavia to Kosovan-Albanian parents.
Shaqiri's celebrated at the World Cup by forming a 'double eagle' - similar to the one on the Albanian flag. This enraged Serbians - who do not recognise Kosovo's independence.
Kosovo broke away from the former Yugoslavia in 1990, with tension leading to the 1998-9 Kosovo War, which saw more than a million ethnic Albanians displaced from the tiny state.
Nato intervention led to Yugoslav withdrawal but Serbians, who were part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, still do not recognise Kosovo's independence.

Police announce new measures for Liverpool fans in Belgrade after security meeting
Police have warned Liverpool FC fans travelling to Serbia to watch the Reds play Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League that there will be only two turnstiles for the visitors at the stadium.
Liverpool are set to take on Red Star in front of a 50,000-strong sell-out crowd at the famous Rajko Mitić Stadium at 6.55pm (local time) on Tuesday evening.
But now Merseyside Police have told Reds' fans to arrive at the stadium in plenty of time because there will be only two turnstiles for Liverpool fans. And police have also said that shuttle buses from Student Square in Belgrade to the stadium will begin from 3pm.
The tweet from MerPol Liverpool read: "Latest info from the security meeting in Belgrade. The shuttle buses from Student Sq will start from 3pm onwards. The stadium will open at 4pm. There are only 2 visitors turnstiles so please allow plenty of time to access the stadium."
Liverpool fans have been warned not to; flag taxis outside the airport terminal and not to make their own way to the stadium due to 'risks to their personal safety.'
And Reds fans have already been urged by police not to wander the streets and been told to expect a 'firm' response from local police if there is any trouble on the night.
Fans have also been warned that they will face a full body search on arrival at the stadium. There is a no bag policy and lighters and coins are banned too. Fans who are found to have fireworks or flares with them will be 'arrested and put before a judge.'
The full list of items banned from the stadium is; lighters, coins, belts with big buckles, alcoholic drinks, bottled or canned soft drinks, fireworks or firecrackers, weapons of any kind, blunt objects offensive or illegal banners and bottles.
Fans have also been warned that due to issues surrounding 'extreme nationalism' no flags or banners relating to countries or politics will be allowed inside the stadium.
Liverpool fans have been told that the Serbian police will be relaxed on the night, but if there is any disorder the police will take a 'firm approach.' Fans have been told that the local police will dressed in full public order equipment. Merseyside Police will also be sending some officers to the game but they will have no formal powers on the night.
