Pumas, America fans brawl at legends game for Mexican clubs
A friendly weekend game in California between former players of two professional Mexican soccer clubs turned violent during halftime when dozens of fans rushed the field and brawled. The Orange County Register reported the ''game of legends'' Sunday between former Club America and Pumas players was a benefit for the Santa Ana-based United Soccer Talents Foundation, which supports soccer players. Santa Ana police Cmdr. Jeffrey Smith said about 50 fans descended from the stands after the first half ended and began fighting. Police officers cleared the field and stands. Five suspects were detained and the rest of the game was canceled, Smith said. Video showed some fans repeatedly kicking one man who was down on the field.

London: Violent clashes in capital as EDL marches spark mayhem - 24/06/2017
Source: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/
A MARCH organised by the English Defence League has sparked riots across the capital.
Riot police have scrambled to far-right and anti-fascist protest marches in central London.
The EDL took to the streets on Saturday, with United Against Facism and United Against Extremism also in the area. Scotland Yard said it was taking action under public order laws over the marches planned for Saturday. Meanwhile, in Birmingham up to 200 Britain First supporters have taken to the streets to protest while a similar number got together in Liverpool. The EDL descended on Trafalgar Square, while the Football Lads Alliance marched on London Bridge – the scene of the deadly terror attack that killed eight people earlier this month.
The protests come in the wake of deadly terrorist attacks on Finsbury Park mosque, the Manchester Arena, Westminster Bridge and London Bridge. Superintendent Emma Richards said: "We have made the decision to impose conditions based on current tensions and concerns, information about the intentions of the organisers of these events and intelligence from previous marches held by similar groups. "We believe the approach is appropriate. "We have a duty to ensure that the community in central London can go about their daily business not unduly impacted by demonstrations taking place."
Rules laid down by police meant the EDL march in the heart of London was only allowed to legally take place for 90 minutes from 1pm on a route from Charing Cross to a rally on the Victoria Embankment. A counter-demonstration by Unite Against Fascism (UAF) was allowed to take place on the Victoria Embankment only between 12.30pm and 3pm. Assembly at any other location is not permitted.
