Śląsk Wrocław fans attacked in Spain
A coach carrying fans of Śląsk Wrocław was attacked in Seville, Spain, last night, probably by fans of Seville. The supporters had been travelling to a match in the city. Those who attacked the bus are believed to have been a group of Seville ‘ultras’, ‘Bris Norte’.
The attack was in the tradition of ‘stealing flags’. As a result of the incident, only a few flags of Śląsk Wrocław were hanging in the visitors section during the game.
Again, according to unconfirmed reports, a number of Śląsk fans were absent from the game as a result of the incident. At the time of writing their condition is unknown, but it is believed that a number have been hospitalised by stab wounds.
There was also fighting during the Sevilla-Śląsk game itself, with confrontations between Polish fans and the Spanish police.

England : Four arrests in probe into PNE trouble - 24/08/2013
Source : http://www.lep.co.uk
FOUR people have been arrested as part of a police probe into trouble at the Preston North End v Blackpool game.
Around 200 fans invaded the pitch at Deepdale following PNE’S 1-0 win against the Tangerines earlier this month.
Police said a number of supporters were caught up in scuffles, the stadium was damaged, a steward was knocked over by a police horse and there was further trouble in the city centre.
A major criminal investigation was launched identify those responsible for the most serious offences by examining CCTV, including images from throughout the day from the city centre, and by gathering other evidence.
Six arrests were made after the game and police made a further four arrests yesterday.
A 16-year-old boy from Walmer Bridge and a 16-year-old boy from Ashton were yesterday arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violence disorder.
A 19-year-old man from Fulwood was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violence disorder and going onto a playing area at a football pitch and a 40-year-old man from Ashton was arrested on suspicion of a violent disorder.
The three teenagers were released on police bail until August 27 and the other man was also expected to be bailed last night.
Det Insp Paddy O’Neill, who is leading the investigation, said: “The behaviour of those involved in the disorder was completely unacceptable and we hope that these arrests will show people that we have not given up and that we will continue to do all we can to trace those involved and put them before the courts. It is entirely regrettable that a small number chose to act in this mindless fashion. Disorder like this mars the game, it’s illegal and it frightens people.”

Fans' brawl prevented before EUFA Europa League match in Kazakhstan
The police prevented a potential fight between local football fans and supporters of FC Dynamo Kyiv before the UEFA Europa League match in the city of Aktobe, western Kazakhstan.
Twenty-five Ukrainian football fans came to a local bank to exchange money as FC Dynamo Kyiv prepared to face FC Aktobe in the UEFA Europa League play-off match on August 22, regional police department spokesman Ardager Uaydin told Interfax on Friday.
The Ukrainian fans ran in front of the FC Aktobe supporters at the entrance to the bank.
"The Ukrainians were shouting "Dynamo is the champion!" and the FC Aktobe fans were shouting "Aktobe is the champion!" in response. Policemen reacted immediately, and any potential conflict was averted. Several Ukrainian fans were under influence. Both sides refused to file a complaint with the police. No one was injured in the incident," Uaydin said.
"It was a single incident" during the football match, he added.
