West Ham fans banned for one European away game after incidents at Europa Conference League final - 21/06/2023
Source : https://www.bbc.com/
West Ham fans have been banned from attending the club's next European away match after objects were thrown from the stands at their Europa Conference League final win over Fiorentina.
Fiorentina captain Cristiano Biraghi was left bloodied after cups and other items were thrown as he took a corner.
West Ham have been fined 50,000 euros (£43,000) by Uefa for the incident and a further 8,000 euros for a pitch invasion following the game in Prague.
The Hammers beat Fiorentina 2-1.
The London club have also been banned for selling tickets to away supporters for a second European match, although the governing body say that will be "suspended for a probationary period of two years".
As Biraghi received treatment for his head injury in the first half, a stadium announcement urged supporters to stop throwing objects onto the pitch and to "please respect players and the officials".
West Ham will play in next season's Europa League after ending their 43-year wait for a major trophy as Jarrod Bowen scored a last-minute winner.
The Premier League club condemned the behaviour of "a small number of fans" and said "these actions have no place in football".
It followed trouble before the game, as 16 people were arrested after an incident at a bar.
Czech police said Italian fans attacked West Ham supporters in a bar, leaving three people injured.

Brazil: Santos FC - SC Corinthians - 22/06/2023

The match ended prematurely as Peixe fans create chaos
A group of Santos fans decided not to wait for the final whistle to make their feelings clear, launching flears and missiles onto the pitch while breaking seats and fences of their own stadium. In addition, they chanted against the club’s board.
In the wake of the incidents at Villa Belmiro, the game was stopped after 86 minutes. Corinthians players headed into the tunnel to protect themselves, while Santos fans, surrounded by police officers, stayed on the pitch to listen to their fans, hoping they would calm down. However, since it looked like there was no turning back, the referee blew the final whistle before the clock hit the 90th minute.

Violent incidents broke out following the defeat of Vasco, 1 to 0.
At the end of the game, Vasco supporters began throwing cups, cans, sparklers and crop bombs onto the pitch. In the stands, the military police had to intervene because several supporters broke down a gate, giving access to the pitch. Several cars, including that of the referees, which were in a reserved area made available by the club, were damaged by stone throwing.
Next the stadium, there was a violent confrontation between the fans and the military police, who used sound bombs and tear gas to disperse them.
The Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD), has requested that Vasco play behind closed doors, for the next 30 days.

Short victory for Charleroi in a friendly match boycotted by the ultras.
Sporting Charleroi went to Tondreau this Sunday for a friendly match against Albert de Mons. A duel between neighbors that the Zebras won by a short margin.
Felice Mazzu and its players went to a well-stocked Tondreau this Sunday, for what was the big gala match of the RAEC Mons. The very high attendance even caused the kick-off, scheduled for 3 p.m. to be delayed: 3,000 people flocked to the Tondreau stadium for this match, which brought back fond memories for the supporters.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was initially not festive since RAEC Mons paid tribute to its former striker Cédric Roussel, who died of a heart attack this Saturday at the age of 45.
Sporting Charleroi lined up an already quite competitive eleven since Zorgane, Morioka, Wasinski, Marcq, Bager or even Mbenza were holders. New signings Oday Dabbagh and Zan Rogelj also started. The young Michy Ntelo scored the only goal of the match (0-1).
Note that the meeting had been boycotted by the Storm Ultras, and for good reason: the group of supporters was very unhappy with the fact that the (short) trip by combicar was compulsory for a friendly match to resume…
