TWO Pompey fans are to be arrested over allegations they hurled racist abuse at goalkeeper Shaka Hislop during a home match. The two men are accused of taunting the Pompey keeper with a series of abusive racist comments as they sat among families and young children in Fratton Park's family section.
Now police believe they have identified the pair and are set to arrest and question them.
The Portsmouth men are accused of abusing Shaka Hislop during the Pompey – Manchester United match on October 30.
Fans in the family section of the ground sat in horror as he was subjected to 90 minutes of racist chanting from the pair.
An off-duty police officer told them to stop the abuse but they threatened him and continued hurling abuse at the goalkeeper.
The officer was so disgusted by their behaviour that he left the ground early with his children and later contacted Hampshire police's football intelligence unit to report what had happened.

MORE than a dozen convicted football hooligans face jail after they broke court orders designed to stop soccer violence. Police have drawn up a list of offenders who have breached football banning orders since they were allowed back out on to the streets after being jailed for their part in March's Fratton Park riots.
And now the yobs are to be hauled back before the judge who dealt with their original cases and warned them they would be sent back to prison if they did not behave.
At least 15 of the 40 fans not in custody after they were sentenced for their part in the riots have already breached their orders.
Five of the 25 have been charged with breaching their orders and the other ten – including young teenagers and men in their 40s – are set to be arrested and charged with the offence over the next few days.
