Before the football match for the super Cup of Ukraine on football in Odessa on July 28, police arrested 12 fans of one of the teams. It happened near the stadium “Chernomorets”.
The detained football fans took to the police Department for clarification of circumstances, law enforcement authorities reported.
According to police, the detainees were trying to make a fight in the Park Shevchenko. One of them is offensive expressed in the address of the policeman, who guarded the public order at the entrance to the stadium.

After they have watched the game, 150 CZJ ultras were attacked at the station by about fifty masked troublemakers. Troubles took place for aseveral minutes and two Jena fans were wounded. Police finally intervened in number but did not arrest anybody. Police authorities thought it was Rot Weiss Erfurt hooligans.

After the game, at Bitterfeld train station, some 70 Rostock supporters have attacked police forces who responded with pepper sprays. No one was arrested. In Berlin supporters were filmed and identities were taken.

Slavia Prague club is working with police to find out three people who caused troubles in the Eden stadium.
Some firecrackers were thrown in direction of Olomouc supporters. The game was stopped for a few minutes.

Eight Arrested, One Hospitalized After Soccer Fans Clash With Police In Russia
Eight people were arrested and one person hospitalized after fans of the Spartak Moscow soccer team clashed with riot police inside the stadium of host FC Rostov in the eponymous city of Rostov-on-Don.
A group of Spartak fans were cordoned off after the match in a tight section of the stadium concourse after pyrotechnics were set off during the game, with some of the projectiles having targeted game stewards, the Russian Premier League said in a statement.
Afterwards, a section of the fans were confronted by OMON riot police and clashes erupted.
Spartak condemned the incident, blaming the police for employing “heavy-handed” force in a statement.
“The club is outraged by the actions of…law-enforcement officials, which resulted in the massive use of brute force on the part of the riot police [against] often innocent citizens, among them women,” Spartak said.
In turn, the Russian Premier League said that it was satisfied with how police reacted.
It said that the fans who “fired the pyrotechnics” were detained during a “police operation” to identify the “culprits.”
Fans tried to prevent the police from detaining them, the Premier League’s statement said.
The Russian Football Union has told the Sport-Express newspaper that it is calling for an investigation and that "this kind of situation should not be repeated at stadiums,” the Associated Press reported.

Riot Police Brutally Beat FC Spartak Fans
Russian football fans clashed with riot police on July 20 at Russia’s Rostov Arena. Video footage posted online showed police brutally beating fans, with around 30 people injured as a result. FC Spartak was outraged by the police’s actions and has since filed a complaint with Russia’s Prosecutor General.
