Fans warned not to wear club colours
Everton have warned fans not to wear club colours if they are travelling to Croatia for Thursday's Europa League second leg match against Hajduk Split.
Crowd trouble marred the first leg of the play-off at Goodison Park, causing play to be suspended in the 33rd minute, with Uefa opening disciplinary proceedings against both clubs.
Split police says anti-social behaviour will be "dealt with robustly".
Toffees fans have also been advised not to display flags in any public areas.
Supporters have also been advised to congregate at a specially created fan zone in the city and will be given a police escort to the stadium.

Police investigate pitch-invader who assaulted Burnley players in Ewood Park derby
Police are investigating a host of incidents that took place during Burnley Football Club's 0-2 victory over local rivals, Blackburn Rovers, at Ewood Park last night. During the Carabao Cup second round match, a Blackburn Rovers fan was arrested after invading the pitch and assaulting two Burnley players and a steward during the match. He is currently being held in police custody on suspicion of assault and pitch encroachment. A second man was also arrested following an unrelated incident in which a flare was thrown from amongst the Burnley fans towards the pitch. Sadly it landed on the back of a nine-year-old boy, leaving him with minor injuries. A further three people were arrested in connection with other incidents in the ground. Assistant Chief Constable Terry Woods said: “We expected and planned for a lively match which is exactly what we got. Due to a significantly planned and resourced policing and club operation, there were no significant incidents of disorder amongst the large number of supporters. "That said, a small number have yet again let the fans down," he added. “I'm truly appalled at the behaviour of these few, including the one believed to be from the Blackburn fans who encroached the pitch and thought it acceptable to assault a steward doing his job and two players there to partake in the match. “Just as despicable was the man who threw the flare that hit a child," the Assistant Chief Constable said. "Thankfully he wasn’t too badly injured and was left with minor burns. “I must give some recognition and thanks to the vast majority of fans who were there to enjoy the game and did not cause us or the fixture any issues.”

Cyprus : Police arrest hooligans - 24/08/2017
Source : http://cyprus-mail.com/
Police on Thursday issued arrest warrants for six people after a group of about 50 hooligans interrupted the afternoon practice of Larnaca football team Aek on Wednesday by throwing stones at fans watching the players training at the ground next to the Gsz stadium.
Five of them, aged 18 to 27, were arrested by Thursday afternoon.
Five people were injured, two fans and three police officers. One fan received stitches to his head.
Reports said the attackers had their faces covered but were wearing the colours of Anorthosis, which is also based in Larnaca. They were there because the Anorthosis five-a-side team was playing nearby.
Six police officers who were patrolling the grounds dispersed the crowd.
Aek was having its last practice before Thursday’s second Europa League qualifier against Czech side Plzen. Plzen won the first leg 3-1.
Following the attack, Aek tweeted: “Well done, you taught ethos and culture.”

Indonesian fan allegedly attacked by Malaysian fans after football match - 26/08/2017
Source : http://www.thesundaily.my Isolated cases of mischief and violence by rowdy Malaysians marred the Sea Games football match semi-final between Malaysia and Indonesia on Saturday night.
Shah Alam police chief ACP Shafien Mamat said an Indonesian fan had alleged that he was assaulted by a group at a bus stop near Persiaran Sukan at about 4am today.
He said the 30-year-old man who was with several friends was waiting for a bus to return home when a group of Malaysian fans showed up and created a ruckus.
Feeling intimidated, the victim fled the scene but was chased and assaulted by the group.
Shafien said the victim who was punched and suffered light injuries was taken to the Shah Alam Hospital where he received outpatient treatment.
In an earlier case,Shafien said police received a report of firecrackers being set off at the Malaysian fans seating area during the match at the Shah Alam stadium.
He said the act was serious as it involved the safety of the stadium and those present.
Shafien said a hunt for the culprits behind both cases is ongoing.
He urged those with information on them to contact the police and advised the public to refrain from making speculations on the cases.

AFC Bournemouth - Manchester City - 26/08/2017

Police launch appeal after 'mad' finish to Manchester City's late win at Bournemouth
Bournemouth are expected to remind their stewards about best practice following the ugly melee that accompanied Manchester City’s dramatic winner on Saturday amid the launch of a police appeal for further witnesses and footage.
Two fans from Manchester have been arrested for encroaching on the pitch but there have also been anger at the perceived over-zealous reaction of stewards, police and referee Mike Dean. City striker Sergio Aguero had intervened in an apparent attempt to diffuse the situation as a fan was pinned to the ground by stewards but was soon then the subject of a steward’s claim that he had been struck.
This allegation was made in a statement to the police but then withdrawn just a few hours later following high-level talks between City and Bournemouth.
The footage that has emerged simply appeared to show Aguero pleading with stewards and police to ease off the fan and, having also vigorously denied hitting anyone on social media, he was fully backed by City. Police are still reviewing all available evidence before deciding whether any further action is necessary against any fans and described their investigation as being at a “very early” stage.
The incident, though, has continued to overshadow Raheem Sterling’s 97th minute winner. One debate surrounds the stewards’ reaction and it is understood that, without having yet drawn any conclusions over the rights and wrongs of Saturday’s incident, Bournemouth will speak to their staff about the procedures and expectations ahead of the next home match against Brighton and Hove Albion.

No Feyenoord fans at Napoli - 29/08/2017
Source : http://www.football-italia.net/
Feyenoord have officially confirmed they won’t be allowed any tickets for their Champions League match with Napoli. When the Dutch side visited Roma in the Europa League, there were numerous acts of vandalism around the city. Perhaps with that in mind, the Neapolitan prefecture has decided that no visiting fans will be allowed at the Stadio San Paolo on September 26. “Feyenoord have been informed by SSC Napoli that the relevant authorities in Italy will not allow the sale of tickets to Dutch fans for the Champions League match which will be held on Tuesday, September 26,” a statement confirmed.
