Arnhem police stayed for all the day with the bulgarian hardcore - 30 to 40 members of "Usual Suspects". They seated outside a pub and stayed calm because no locals tried to fight them.

Three-year football banning order for Grimsby Town troublemaker - 31/02/2012
Source : http://www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk
Football troublemaker Joshua Heinzman has been given a three-year football banning order after being part of a series of violent disturbances at Grimsby Town matches.
He was part of a group of known hooligans who repeatedly caused problems, especially at away matches.
Heinzman, 19, of Springfield Road, Grimsby, will now have a series of restrictions on his movements at football matches.
The order was imposed at Grimsby Magistrates' Court after District Judge Daniel Curtis read about a catalogue of incidents involving Heinzman.
They included:
May 8, 2010 – part of a group of troublemakers who caused disorder on the day of Grimsby Town's away match at Burton Albion. He was not part of the most serious trouble but was part of a group that caused disorder by walking through the market and shopping centre. The group was rounded up and escorted out of the town.
July 17, 2010 – part of a group involved in a violent disorder before and after a pre-season friendly match between Grimsby and Sheffield Wednesday.
The incidents were not serious but opposing fans tried to clash and it was only because of the intervention of the police that further trouble was prevented.
January 11 last year – part of a group of supporters involved in disorder in York on the day of a match between York City and Grimsby.
January 7 this year – with others outside the Alfreton ground on the day of a Grimsby Town away match.
He was with a banned supporter and among people moved away from the ground. After the match, Heinzman met up with others and was part of a "significant disorder".
He tried to get to Alfreton supporters and had to be stopped by the police. There was a further disturbance before the police escorted them away.
April 21 this year – part of a group that was baiting and goading Telford supporters during a Grimsby away match. He was part of a group singing provocative songs and threatening to go onto the pitch. A smoke device was set off in the stand.
The order bans Heinzman from all regulated football matches in the UK and he must surrender his passport for some England away games.
He is banned from attending sports events at Blundell Park and going within a half-mile radius of the ground when Grimsby Town are playing, three hours before and three hours after.
He must not enter any town or city where Grimsby Town are playing in away matches and must not go on the rail or underground system without permission when Grimsby or England are playing.

Opportunistic hooligans new problem for Dutch football - 17/07/2012
Source : http://www.rnw.nl
The Netherlands is seeing the emergence of a new generation of football hooligans. According to research carried out by a government advisory body, these troublemakers are younger than 23 years old and act on impulse.
The Audit Team for Football and Security was asked by the government to research the serious rioting that occurred last year in the cities of Rotterdam and Utrecht. The team found that the problems were mostly caused by “opportunistic” hooligans, rather than organised gangs as has been the case in the past.
The Team say that this type of offender is usually unknown to the special police units set up to deal with football violence and that research is needed into how to deal with them. They do not have a hierarchy or group structure and it’s unclear how they communicate among themselves.
Failure to act
According to the team, the riots in Rotterdam on September 17th last year could have been prevented if riot police had been more visible. The riot police were also criticised for taking too long to intervene in the violence at a match between FC Utrecht and FC Twenthe in December.
The report says the police must focus more on prevention rather than simply restoring order, and urges officers to investigate rumours of planned violence that may be circulating amongst supporters.
