Standard Liège - RSC Charleroi - 22/09/2010
Source : mail (thanks to the sender)
20 vs 20 was pre-arranged with Standard youth. Finally, it was a mix old/youth who was planned.
A top mob of +- 25 Charleroi lads (old/youth). After 30 minutes we saw them. Two of us picked them up for the agreed place. After 15 minutes, 2 of them in white shirts (white for them, black for us) arrived and take a look at our number and immediately backed off before running. They came back to their mob and re-entered their cars but they let alone their cameraman ! Some minutes later, we saw them. Two cars tried to stopped, bottles threw...when we came back theyr disappeared. Ghost firm left the place.

Queens Park Rangers - Millwall FC - 28/09/2010

11 fans arrested following violence at second-tier match between QPR and Millwall
Police have arrested 11 soccer fans for involvement in violence at the League Championship match between London teams Queens Park Rangers and Millwall.
Fans clashed before and after the 0-0 draw at QPR's Loftus Road stadium on Tuesday. Police arrested supporters for offences including possession of an offensive weapon, assault on police, affray and assault.
Police did not say which team the fans supported.
Newly promoted Millwall has a long history of crowd trouble. Most recently, it was cleared of charges of failing to control its fans last season when one of its supporters was stabbed and 64 arrests were made at a League Cup match at local rival West Ham.

QPR and Millwall face fines as FA gathers evidence after crowd trouble
• FA to study footage following 11 arrests around Loftus Road • QPR manager criticises Football League over scheduling
The Football Association is gathering evidence about the crowd trouble before and after the match between Queens Park Rangers and Millwall last night before deciding whether to charge either club.
"We're in contact with both clubs and gathering footage and evidence," an FA spokesman said.
A Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed there had been 11 arrests after outbreaks of disorder in two pubs before the match and on the streets surrounding Loftus Road after it as Millwall fans clashed with police.
"The Metropolitan police service has a great deal of experience in policing high-profile football matches in London," said the spokesman. "We liaised with all clubs [Chelsea were also playing at home] before the event and used intelligence to put into place an appropriate policing plan for last night's match."
QPR's manager, Neil Warnock, criticised the Football League over the scheduling of the match. "It doesn't make sense and you'll never get any sense out of them [football's authorities]," he said. "It will be a computer or somebody who has never kicked a football or thought about fans."
Of the 11 arrests two were for possession of offensive weapons, one for being drunk and disorderly, two for assaults on police, two for public order offences, two for affray, one for common assault and one for an immigration offence.
The FA would charge either club with failing to control their fans only if there was evidence that they had not done everything in their power to control them and assure their safety.
West Ham were fined £115,000 by the FA this year following violent scenes before, during and after a Carling Cup tie with Millwall the previous August that led to 64 arrests.

Two Man United fans detained in Spain
Two Manchester United fans were detained in Spain on Wednesday for causing a disturbance just before Manchester United's 1-0 win over Valencia in the Champions League, Spanish media reported.
The two were involved in clashes between groups of supporters from the two teams at bars near Valencia's Mestalla Stadium, the reports said citing local police sources.
Police were called in to break up the disturbance and two people suffered light injuries that required that they be taken to a health centre.
When contacted, a spokesman for police in Valencia could not immediately confirm the arrests.

Argentine : Massive Police Presence Expected For La Plata Clasico - 29/09/2010
Source : Goal
This afternoon's Clasico Platense between Estudiantes and Gimnasia will be overseen by a heavy presence from Buenos Aires Provincial Police, even though there will only be home fans present in the game in Quilmes' stadium.
Ole reports that 850 armed officers will be present in the Estadio Centenario this afternoon, as Estudiantes look to take the Apertura lead with a win against their bitterest rivals. The fixture has been marred in the past by crowd trouble and disputes between the clubs. For this reason there will be no Gimnasia fans in the stadium, as the clubs ban away support from the derbies after a disagreement two years ago over ticket allocation.
The spectre of violence however is real enough with just local support, as the barra brava of the 'Pincha' is currently embroiled in a bitter, deadly internal war. To try to limit the chance of tragedy only club members were permitted to buy tickets, and 190 fans with histories of violence were blacklisted from the game. The decision was taken after consultations between provincial security authorities COPROSEDE and the club.

Ipswich Town v Leeds United: Police issue warning to troublemakers - 29/09/2010
Source : yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk
Police are ready to crack down on potential troublemakers when Leeds United travel to Ipswich on Saturday. The last time the teams met, in April 2007, violence flared when a 1-1 draw at Elland Road doomed United to relegation.
Home fans invaded the pitch and Town fans were pelted with bottles, coins and lighters as their players fled to the dressing room.
The final 45 seconds of the game were delayed by 30 minutes as police cleared the pitch and 13 Leeds' fans were banned from football for a total of 45 years. Two were jailed.
Now Suffolk police appealed to both sides' supporters to behave this weekend. More than 100 officers will be on duty.
Police will have power to order out of the area any person they feel may cause alcohol-related violence and warned fans that it is an offence to carry or possess alcohol on coaches or trains going to or from a sporting event.
Chief Insp Paul Bradford, overseeing policing for the match, said: "We hope that people celebrate the match sensibly and in the right spirit. We will not tolerate antisocial behaviour, violence, racial chanting, mindless vandalism or any alcohol fuelled disorder."
He warned that the crackdown may restrict on movements around Ipswich's ground and appealed to both sets of fans to be patient.

Steaua Bucharest - Napoli - 30/09/2010
Source : The Canadian Press
Angry Steaua fans use sausages to protest Polish referee outside Poland Embassy
Angry Steaua Bucharest fans laid Polish sausages outside the Poland Embassy to protest against Polish referee Marcin Borksi for his performance in the Europa League.
Steaua led 3-0 early in Thursday's match against Napoli, but fans blamed Borski for allowing an excessive amount of injury time until the Italian side scored a third goal.
Riot police had to keep Steaua and Napoli supporters apart after the 3-3 draw, ProTV channel reported.
ProTV added some Napoli supporters had sticks and started shouting "Gypsies, Gypsies," aggravating the already infuriated Steaua fans.
Napoli equalized when Edinson Cavani struck in the eighth minute of stoppage time, completing its comeback after conceding three times in the opening 16 minutes. Pantelis Kapetanos was sent off shortly after scoring Bucharest's third.
At the end of regulation time, four extra minutes were announced, but Borski didn't blow fulltime until after Cavani scored.
Some supporters threw chairs on the pitch.
Romanian media say Steaua may be fined by UEFA.
