UEFA issued the sanction for the racism displayed in a Champions League qualifier in July.
Red Star Belgrade was ordered to play two home European matches behind closed doors by UEFA on Friday as punishment for racist chanting by its supporters.
UEFA's disciplinary commission issued the sanction for the racism displayed in the 3-0 win over Suduva of Lithuania in a Champions League qualifier in July.
On Tuesday, it drew 1-1 at home against Spartak Trnava in the first leg of its third qualifying round clash in the same tournament.
UEFA also decided to enforce an earlier sanction against the club and order Red Star “to play one additional UEFA competition match as host club behind closed doors.”

Arrests in Cologne as fans throw stones at bus carrying away fans
Police in Cologne halted Monday night efforts to attack a bus filled with traveling Union Berlin supporters, following a German second division game. The hooligans lay in wait to throw stones at the bus. Cologne police on Tuesday said that they were treating Monday night's incidents seriously, telling the local Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger newspaper that the planned attack on a supporters' bus demonstrated a "new quality" of violence.
The hooligans launched their attack on the bus even though it had a police escort, according to police spokesman Andre Fassbender. Typically, he said, hooligans would steer clear of the police when trying to target other groups of fans.
Six cars were seized in the night and 28 people taken into custody. Police also found "dangerous items" in the vehicles, including mobile phones, drugs and pyrotechnics. Police were also checking up on a further 150 to 200 people, including some suspected of defying a stadium ban to attend the game.
The hooligans had been lying in wait on a major road in the city, close to the on-ramp to the A1 Autobahn to Berlin. When the bus came to a halt in traffic, they advanced, hurling stones and other objects. Police said that they were able to fend off the attack despite being outnumbered.
It's not entirely clear who exactly was sat in the bus, and whether any Union Berlin fans seeking a fight were on board. It is by no means unheard of for groups of hooligans to coordinate and willingly arrange violent meetings after matches.
Cologne police were set to hold a press conference on the night's events later on Tuesday.

Slovenian police clash with Rangers fans ahead of crunch match
A CONFRONTATION between Rangers fans and baton-wielding Slovenian police has emerged ahead of the club's Europa League match against Maribor.
Večer, a daily newspaper published in Maribor, has produced video of fans clashing with police as they moved to the Square of Freedom.
Glass bottles could be heard breaking as members of the local special police unit came to protect an area around the square, according to local reports.
Some officers could be seen carrying riot shields and wielding batons and were said to be confronting some gathered fans, although it is not clear what prompted the actions.
Some Rangers fans have complained that Maribor police were using pepper spray and batons on fans.

Seven Israeli football fans arrested
Police on Thursday arrested seven fans of Hapoel Beer Sheva who were in possession of a number of flares, firecrackers and pyrotechnics before the football match between the Israeli team and Apoel at Nicosia’s GSP stadium.
The match started with a 15-minute delay after due to stringent security measures a long queue of Apoel fans formed entering the stadium.
Police helicopters and monitoring drones were deployed above the stadium, and also along the adjacent Nicosia-Limassol highway, with residents of nearby homes complaining of the noise from the aerial patrols.

Stoke City fans pepper-sprayed by police during Championship clash at Preston North End
Police have issued an apology after football fans were pepper-sprayed by officers during Saturday's clash with Stoke and Preston North End.
Visiting supporters, including children, were sprayed by police during the half-time interval on the away concourse at Deepdale, reports the Stoke Sentinel.
It has been suggested that some fans had been trying to leave the stadium to have a cigarette.
Lancashire Police are to launch an investigation into the incident and Football Supporters Federation case worker Amanda Jacks will attend a de-brief on Tuesday.
PC Paul Elliott, who interacts with away fans as PNEPolice on Twitter , said: “Firstly let me say I’m the football officer for Preston North End. I’m a PC and have been working in football operations for 12 years, every game home and away.
“I take everything that happens at Preston North End games personally and I can assure all Stoke City fans that the incident that occurred at half-time will be fully investigated.
“There will be a full post-match debrief on Tuesday and all the commanders involved in today’s operation will attend.”
He added: “I will personally inform Stoke City fans and fans groups of the outcome and will invite a representative from the Football Supporters Federation to attend for total transparency.
“I sincerely apologise to any innocent Stoke City fans caught up in this incident.”

Chaotic scenes as hooligan fight takes place in Dublin
A number of men were hospitalised after a vicious fight broke out on Friday night before a Shamrock Rovers vs Bohemians game. Up to 50 people gathered for the pre-arranged fight along Rathdown Road near the junction with North Circular Road. A number of people had to be treated for serious head injuries following the brawl, while one man was reportedly stabbed in the scuffle.
