WE PUT OUR NAME UNDER THE 4 CLAUSES HEREUNDER AND WE ARE READY TO STAND UP FOR ALL OF THEM IN A FIGHT, AS ALL THAT IS MENTIONED HEREUNDER IS THE TRUTH. 1. NO PHYSICAL FORCE WAS USED AGAINST ROMAN, as he did not try to prevent the take-over of the banners from the inside of his car. When asked about the banner of GF96 Roman said that he ONLY had the banner of ULTRA BOYS, following which he HIMSELF opened the trunk of his car so that the attackers could verify his words. The only question that mattered to him was the safety of his own car. 2. Roman did not try to prevent the inspection of his car’s trunk. To everyone’s surprise he had shouted a number of times the word “POLICE!” 3. Only the FOLLOWING BANNERS were confiscated: GF96, ALLIANCE, ULTRA BOYS. WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DISAPPEARANCE of the banner in memory of Yuri Volkov. 4. When he understood what happened, Roman started to follow one of the cars. After he catched up with one of the cars on the traffic light, he opened the window on the passenger’s side and took out a WASP/OSA gun and started shooting to kill ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The aim of this action was to secure a meeting with the former owners of the banners that we are seeking for long time. We have passed over the terms of the banner’s return. WE ARE WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. P.S. This action had no goal whatsoever of hampering the memorial tournament or of defacing the memory of the deceased RUSSIAN people.

Leeds United - Cardiff City - 25/10/2010

Fans’ anger over police action at Leeds match
West Yorkshire Police have apologised to Cardiff City supporters after hundreds of travelling fans missed the kick-off against Leeds United.
More than 600 furious Bluebirds fans were left stranded outside Elland Road when the high profile Championship match got under way on Monday night.
Police in Yorkshire last night insisted the delay, which meant the majority of away fans missed the first 10 minutes, was for their own safety and apologised to fans for the inconvenience.
Angry City supporters, however, yesterday told the Echo that the police presence was over the top and some claimed they had been treated like animals.
The incident comes just days after the first police-free Bluebirds match in decades, at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena last week, was declared a success.
Fans described how coach-loads of frustrated spectators were made to wait at a service station on the outskirts of Leeds city centre for more than an hour.
Life-long City fan Andrew Williams, 58, travelled with 43 other supporters on a coach arranged by the Cardiff City Supporters’ Club. The office administrator, from Barry, said the group arrived at the service station at about 6.15pm but were not allowed to travel to the stadium until after 7.15pm.
Upon arrival at the Elland Road car park at 7.35pm, 10 minutes before kick-off, they were held by police carrying truncheons and wearing helmets.
“I’m not an anxious person, but I was getting more and more uptight. There was absolutely no information about what was happening and some people were genuinely frightened,” Mr Williams said.
Former scaffolder Kevin Greenway, 53, from Bargoed, said he was shocked at the heavy police presence, which included police dogs and mounted police.
“It’s the worst we have been treated in a long time; it was ridiculous,” he said.
Dave Jones, 69, from Barry, intends to lodge a formal complaint against West Yorkshire Police after he said its officers treated fans like a herd of animals.
“When we finally got to the turnstiles there was a massive rush. I don’t know how there weren’t any serious accidents,” he said.
“We had a young boy of 10 and a woman aged 67 with us and we had to protect them from being crushed. I will never return to Elland Road under those conditions.”
West Yorkshire Police declared the match a success with only three arrests – one a City fan and the other two from Leeds for public disorder offences.
Chief Superintendent Mark Milsom, who was in charge of policing Monday’s match, defended his force’s tactics and praised the behaviour of City supporters.
He explained that because of the layout outside Elland Road, it was impossible for officers to fully separate the two sets of supporters.
“Pre-season we anticipated this to be potentially our most problematic match. The plan was to either get them in early or to get them in late,” he said.
“Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of traffic that delayed the coaches and because of the delay we had to use the latter option.
“We then had to bring them in as a group together to provide complete protection for all the fans.”
He added: “Both sets of supporters behaved themselves and from a safety point of view the match went well. I do apologise for inconveniencing the Cardiff fans. We certainly would have liked to have got them in for the kick-off; it really was the road congestion that made it unavoidable.”

Chelsea fined over steward clashes - Marseille - 29/10/2010
Source : AFP
UEFA have fined Chelsea 10,000 euros after Marseille security officials were not allowed into the Blues' stadium at a Champions League game between the clubs, the French club said on Friday.
The light fine follows "disciplinary proceedings" opened against Chelsea by UEFA due to the "incorrect behaviour" of their stewards during the group stage encounter on September 28.
The Chelsea stewards prevented their Marseille counterparts from accompanying the 2,700 away supporters into Stamford Bridge, which contravened security arrangements that had been agreed upon prior to the match.
Marseille's director of security, Guy Cazadamont, was physically restrained as he attempted to make his way into the stands to enable the 22 stewards who had travelled with the French champions to carry out their work.
Marseille also received testimonials from several OM supporters who claimed their tickets had been ripped up by the Chelsea stewards.

Donal MacIntyre attacked by 'pack of wolves' - 29/10/2010
Source : getsurrey.co.uk
THE man accused of attacking TV reporter Donal MacIntyre has claimed he was an innocent bystander acting in self defence.
James Wild, 47, along with his daughter Caley, 23, is accused of being part of a revenge attack on Mr MacIntyre and his wife Ameera.
Jurors have been told it happened because of an undercover TV documentary made in 1999 by the reporter, which led to a six-year jail term for a football hooligan called Jason Marriner, a member of the Chelsea Headhunters 'firm'.
But giving evidence on Thursday (October 28), Mr Wild said he only got involved in the incident when he tried to defend himself after Mr MacIntyre picked on him.
He said: "I had no idea about this Chelsea Headhunter business. I'm a Manchester United fan - I even have a tattoo of their emblem on my right shoulder.
"I acted 100% in self defence. He lunged at me after he had been shouting 'come on then, come on'.
"I did not attack him in any way other than in self defence.
"The expression of anger on his face and the way he came at me forced me to defend myself."
Mr Wild referred barristers repeatedly to CCTV footage which showed him walking up and down at Cloud 9 Bar in East Molesey - where the attack allegedly happened - pointing out how he had his hands in his pockets the whole time.
"Singled out"
He said: "You can see I'm not being aggressive - my hands are in my pockets.
"I got forced towards the door in a melee because another group rushed from behind trying to get at Mr MacIntyre.
"Then, when he was hit to the ground, I had no option but to go part of the way with him because of the crowd.
"While he was on the floor I was closest to him but I did not try to hit him at any point.
"The only thing I can think is that because I was so close, he singled out my face from everyone else."
The court was told by defence barrister Gregory Fishwick that Mr Wild, of Isis House, Bridge Wharf, Chertsey, had an early history of offending, including violence, but had been clear of convictions for 26 years.
The jury heard he spent three months in a young offenders' institute after he was involved in a pub brawl in 1979.
Two years later at Richmond Magistrates' Court, Mr Wild was fined for vehicle-related offences including driving without a licence or insurance, and for taking a conveyance without permisson.
In 1982 he was arrested and fined £500 for theft of lead from the roof of a building which he claimed was abandoned at the time.
His last offence was in 1984 for driving while uninsured.
But since then, Mr Wild had "got himself back on track", said Mr Fishwick.
"Kicked viciously"
During his evidence, the defendant said he currently lived for most of the year in Estepona in Spain and had a business selling specialist sunbeds on tourist beaches.
Earlier on Thursday, Ameera MacIntyre also gave evidence.
She told the court: "I had been crying in the toilet after these men approached me and my husband at the table
"They were shouting things about Jason Marriner and saying Donal was a grass," she said.
"Donal had followed me to the ladies and he was trying to console me.
"Then when we left the ladies', there was a group of them and they surrounded Donal.
"They descended on him like a pack of wolves.
"He was pushed to the floor in the doorway and was being punched and kicked viciously.
"It was a sea of people and while they were kicking him they kept saying 'get him - this is for Jason'.
Mr Wild denies assault on Donal MacIntyre causing actual bodily harm and assault causing actual bodily harm to Ameera McIntyre and another charge of harming a witness.
Caley Wild, of Peregrine Road, Sunbury, denies one count of assault by beating.

Uefa hands Italy 3-0 win after Serbia violence in Genoa - 29/10/2010
Source : BBC Sport
Uefa has awarded Italy a 3-0 win over Serbia after their Euro 2012 qualifier in Genoa on 12 October was abandoned.
The Group C encounter was stopped after six minutes as Serbia fans threw missiles and fireworks on to the pitch.
Serbia, who plan to appeal, must play behind closed doors in their next game against Northern Ireland with a second match facing a suspended sanction.
Italy were also punished as the governing body hit them with a suspended one-match stadium ban.
The Italian football federation (FIGC) released a statement which confirmed the punishment as "a 3-0 victory in favour of Italy and two games behind closed doors for Serbia, of which one is conditional".
It continued: "Italy have been given a conditional one game behind closed doors.
"This is the decision of the disciplinary commission of Uefa which met today (Friday) in Nyon, based on the abandonment of the game between Italy and Serbia on 12 October in Genoa following the crowd unrest by Serbian fans."
There had been speculation that Serbia would face much harsher sanctions, including a possible ban from European competition.
But they have been fined 120,000 euros and they will not be allowed to take fans to their remaining three away qualifiers in 2011 - against Estonia on 29 March, Northern Ireland on 2 September and Slovenia on 11 October.
Serbia also have the suspended threat of a second game behind closed doors if any comparable incident occurs in the next two years.
Serbia have said they will appeal against the 3-0 result ruling.
"We are not happy with that part of the UEFA verdict and we will appeal for a replay of the match because we think the only fair decision is to have a winner determined on the playing field," said Serbian FA president Tomislav Karadzic.
"We don't think justice has been done there but as for the other sanctions taken against us, we can't really complain and the measures against Italy are also what we expected."
The ruling means that Serbia's home game against Italy next October will be played in front of a crowd.
"We are not worried at all that Serbia v Italy will be played with fans," said Italian FA director general Antonello Valentini.
"As we have underlined, we want to keep a good relationship with the Serbian team, officials and fans."
Italy face a 100,000 euros fine because its security operation failed to stop Serbian fans entering the Luigi Ferraris stadium with an arsenal of fireworks and flares.
The victory has lifted the Azzurri into sole possession of top spot in Group C on 10 points, three clear of second-placed Slovenia.
Serbia remain fifth with four points from four games and their next match - which will be played behind closed doors - is at home to Northern Ireland on 25 March next year.
Uefa's disciplinary panel issued its verdicts after the match was stopped in the seventh minute when the score was 0-0.
Scottish referee Craig Thomson had already delayed kick-off by 45 minutes because of violence outside the ground.
Violence continued into the night and at least 16 people, including two police officers, were injured.
Eight Serbia fans, including the alleged ringleader of the rioting, were arrested in Italy after the match and at least 19 others were detained as they attempted to travel home.

Northern Ireland's Serbia clash to take place behind closed doors - 30/10/2010
Source : belfasttelegraph.co.uk
The Irish Football Association and an influential Northern Ireland fans’ group united last night to express their outrage at UEFA’s decision to order Serbia’s clash with Northern Ireland to take place behind closed doors.
Northern Ireland and their fans have been indirectly punished by the UEFA response to Serbia’s Euro 2012 clash with Italy in Genoa on October 12 which was abandoned due to crowd trouble.
Italy received a suspended one-match stadium ban and were awarded a 3-0 win but Serbia must face Nigel Worthington’s side in an empty stadium on March 25 with a second match facing a suspended sanction — and Serbia fans are also banned from travelling to Windsor Park on September 2 next year.
Irish FA Chief-Executive Patrick Nelson said: “This is a disappointing decision for our fans and we have already made representation to UEFA regarding this decision.”
Gary McAllister from the Amalgamation of Northern Ireland Supporters’ Clubs said: “We will discuss the UEFA decision with the Irish FA in the coming days and we will do what we can to assist and advise Northern Ireland fans affected by the verdict.”
Meanwhile, the Irish FA has announced that they will support an independent review of the association, demanded by the Sports Minister Nelson McCausland as he seeks reassurances on effective governance at the football body.
An IFA statement read: “Last night the Board of the Irish FA agreed in principle to carry out an independent governance review of the Association. A panel of three individuals, all independent of football in Northern Ireland, will carry out the review. The Irish FA is finalising the terms of reference and will announce full details of these terms and also the members of the Review team in the coming days.”

Police Warn Derby Day Fans - 29/10/2010
Source : sunderland.vitalfootball.co.uk
Sunderland and Newcastle fans have been warned by Northumbria Police against any violence on Sunday.
The Police have stated if any trouble breaks out when fans enter or leave the ground they will take 'firm action' against the culprits.
Sunderland AFC have placed on free buses to leave the Stadium of Light, however many fan refuses to take these due to the speed they travel and slow process getting into Sports Direct @ St. James Park.
The main problem the police will have is controlling the flock of fans who use the train service instead.
Ch Supt Graham Smith, of Northumbria Police said: 'The overwhelming majority of football fans are well-behaved and want nothing more than to attend games free from the fear of violence or disorder.
'People who come to the game on Sunday intent on causing trouble shouldn't bother because we will take firm action against them.
'They should stay away and let the real football fans enjoy their day out.'
